Knows customer
Has a solid goal written down. Knows what their sales were last year same camp and what kind of increase they want and what they need to do to get it
A PASSIVE SELLER:
Order takers
Never suggest products to buy
Order takers hand out brochures (waits for the phone to ring)
Does not know best buy...because the "book in their mind sells itself"
Doesn't know their customer
No clue as to their goals and how selling allows them to attain them
